Shading or Character?     On TV and in magazines, you only here and there observe a darker looking individual of color. Our way of life is as yet being persuaded that having lighter skin by one way or another makes you a superior individual.   Individuals of color with lighter skin improve; I accept this disparity originates from the times of servitude. All in all, darker looking blacks toiled in the fields while fair looking blacks worked inside. Slave proprietors and even slaves gave lighter-cleaned blacks more regard. This isolation of shades inside a similar race is a difficult issue.   Colorism has consistently been an issue for the dark network. Previously, some dark social clubs and social orders just permitted the individuals who had fair complexion. Individuals state that in the good 'ol days at Spelman College (a verifiably people of color' s school) young ladies were not conceded in the event that they were darker than a paper pack, said one alumni.   Today, colorism is strengthened by dark youngsters having white G.I.
